Scaled – Intermediate – RX Divisions
There will be a 4th workout for the top 3 teams in each division
Scaled division should be able to perform “Jumping” chest to bar pull-ups
Intermediate division should be able to perform “Pull-ups” kipping any variation
RX division should be able to perform “Chest to Bar” or Muscle-ups
WE may be increasing the field for Scaled and Intermediate teams!
Remember – this is only a $50 dollar one day competition …lets make this a fun competition!

(While one partner is working the other partner is holding a plank – elbows)
100 x Calorie Row (While one partner is working the other partner is holding a heavy deadlift) (RX: 275/185 – Intermediate: 225/145lb – Scaled: 185/125lb).
120 x Wallballs (Rx and intermediate: 20lb/14lb, Scaled: 14lb/10lb)
