P30/60 is a class broken up into two 30 minute periods – where the first 30 minutes is focused on conditioning – the 2nd 30 minute period is focused on general strength development (body building/multi joint movements).
The concept isn’t new with this class – BUT the flexibility is where this is vastly different.
If you only have 30 minutes to workout – you can hit only one 30 minute part of the class.
Endurance or Strength.
If you want to complete both components – you definitely can!
If you’re on a lunch break and only have 30 minutes to spare – this class is money!
